Is Untap AI free?

Yes. Deck building, card search, stats, price tracking, and card purchasing are all free. The AI Coach is available with a Pro subscription at $4.99/month or $49.99/year.

Do I need an account?

No. You can use the app without creating an account. An account is only required if you want to subscribe to Pro.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open your iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Untap AI → Cancel Subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

I deleted my account but I'm still being charged. What do I do?

Deleting your Untap AI account does not cancel your App Store subscription. To cancel, go to iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Untap AI → Cancel Subscription.

My deck data is gone. Can I recover it?

Deck data is stored locally on your device. If you deleted the app, unfortunately that data cannot be recovered. We recommend exporting important decklists before uninstalling.

How does the AI Coach work?

AI Coach sends your deck contents to Claude AI by Anthropic and returns personalized advice. It requires a Pro subscription. Your deck data is not stored beyond your session.
