Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Untap AI mobile application ("App") provided by Untap AI ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

This is an End User License Agreement ("EULA") between you and Untap AI. Apple Inc. is not a party to this agreement and is not responsible for the App or its content.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded device you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App.

Subscriptions

Untap AI Pro is available as a paid subscription. The following terms apply to all subscriptions:

Your Apple ID account will be charged upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

User Accounts

An account is not required to use the App. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

User Content

You retain ownership of any deck lists, card collections, and other content you create within the App. By using features that transmit content to our servers (such as the AI Coach), you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the requested service.

Third Party Services

The App integrates with third party services including Scryfall (card data), Anthropic (AI responses), Firebase (authentication and analytics), RevenueCat (subscription management), and Card Kingdom (card purchasing). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these third parties.

Intellectual Property

Magic: The Gathering card names, images, and related content are the property of Wizards of the Coast LLC. Untap AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by Wizards of the Coast. All original content within the App, including design, code, and branding, is owned by Untap AI.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the App is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Untap AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Maintenance and Support

We are responsible for providing maintenance and support for the App. Apple has no obligation to provide any maintenance or support services for the App. For support, contact us at support@untapai.co or visit our Support page.

Product Claims

Untap AI, not Apple, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App or your possession and/or use of the App, including product liability claims, consumer protection claims, and intellectual property infringement claims.

Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Third Party Beneficiary

Apple and its subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third party beneficiary.
